Apricot Jello Salad

8 oz can crushed pineapple
13 oz package apricot Jell-O
¾ c sugar
1 jr. size jar of apricot baby food
8 oz pkg. cream cheese (let it set out to soften)
8 oz. cool whip
Chopped pecans

Combine pineapple, Jell-O, and sugar in a pan over low heat: stir until dissolved remove from heat and add cream cheese and baby food
Chill until thick then fold in cool whip
Sprinkle with pecans and chill until set
(I cut the cream cheese into small pieces so it will melt easier)
