Sweet and Sour Pork

1 1/2 lb pork loin, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (14 1/2 oz) chicken broth
1 bottle (14 oz) Kraft sweet 'n sour sauce
1 can ( 14 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
1 medium green pepper, chopped
2 cups minute rice, uncooked

Place pork in crock pot; top with onion, broth and sweet 'n sour sauce. Cook on low 8-10 hours or high 5 hours. Add pineapple, green pepper and rice; mix well. Cover and cook for an additional 20 minutes.
