Chili-Rubbed Salmon

Our favorite way to cook salmon...c'mon Jaime - just try it! :)

1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 pounds skinless salmon fillet (4 pieces)
1 tablespoon olive oil

In a bowl, combine the chili powder, oregano, and salt. Pat the spices on the top of the fish. Chill about 2 hours. Grill until fish flakes easily with a fork. You can also sautee the fish, but it's just not the same!

Serve with lime wedges.

I'm always trying to find new ways to cook fish because I have a mighty fisherman as a husband. I tried this last night and it was a really good change.
